ABRASION
RESISTANT STEEL
WINCO-TUF 40
Hi Strength Wear Plate, Quenched and Tempered
for Extreme Abrasion and Moderate Impact
WINCO-TUF 40 has excellent toughness at
high hardness and in heavy sections.
For severe abrasion.
Advantages
•
Maximum resistance to abrasion and impact.
• Withstands the brittleness
which develops at subnormal temperatures.
• Increased toughness and fatigue
resistance
• Retains high strength and
wearability at high temperatures.
• High impact and wear properties
retained at weld joints.

Welding Instructions
WINCO-TUF
50 has superior welding characteristics. No specific electrodes are
needed — standard low-hydrogen, high-tensile rod is recommended for
maximum strength. E100XX, E110XX or E120XX or E130XX is preferred.
